Custom Label Orders

StickersBoom creates custom label sheets based on the information and design choices submitted by the customer. This may include custom text, icons, layouts, fonts, borders, ink colors, quantities, and other product options.

Because custom products are made from the details you submit, please review your design carefully before checkout.

Customer-Submitted Content

When you submit custom text, names, words, phrases, or other design details, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person or business.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening, obscene, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

StickersBoom may refuse or cancel an order if the submitted content is inappropriate, unlawful, or appears to violate another party's rights.

Design Preview and Order Review

Our website may provide a preview of your custom label sheet before checkout. The preview is intended to help you review your order, including label text, icons, layout, style, and quantity.

Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, capitalization, punctuation, selected icons, layout, quantity, and shipping information before placing an order.

Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown on the website and may change from time to time. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown before checkout when available.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed. Credit card information is not stored on StickersBoom servers. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Shipping and Processing

Each custom label sheet is made to order. Processing time is 2-4 business days before shipment. Shipping time begins after processing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. StickersBoom is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, customs delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee

StickersBoom offers 14-day easy returns. To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Customers should obtain an RMA before sending any return. The return address will be provided with the RMA.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by StickersBoom, such as a damaged, incorrect, or defective order.

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, contact us and we will work with you to make it right. We'll make it right. StickersBoom stands behind every order with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Product Availability and Changes

Customers retain responsibility for the custom text or content they submit. By submitting content for an order, you give StickersBoom permission to use that content only as needed to create, process, fulfill, support, or document the order.
